Out of all the leadership training and courses I've taken over the years, this one really helps the most.

Dr. Heather and I have known each other since 2004... She has been involved with organizations and causes that champion the needs of the less fortunate, and been at the forefront of creating programs and implementing plans, that contribute and benefit the local communities, she’s a part of. Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with her on evaluating my Strengths and Opportunities through the Maxwell DISC Method. I have taken other evaluations, while obtaining my business degree, and most just seem to put attributes into generalized categories. The difference with the DISC method was she was able to delve deeper and show me the mechanics of my strengths and how to use them to increase growth in any area of my leadership. The experience was exceptional. She created a comfortable space to have a meaningful conversation and I received more than I expected. Not only was she fun and engaging, but as a great coach, she told me what I needed to hear, reframe and shift, to move forward. I loved working with Dr. Heather Ross and would wholeheartedly recommend her!

I needed someone to get me out of my comfort zone. Ask me questions I hadn't thought about. She brought perspective and helped to reassure me that I had accomplished more than I realized. It was a pleasure having Heather review my DISC assessment with me. First I was surprised at how accurate the assessment was with the number of questions. There were a few conclusions which I felt were off; however, Heather was able to offer a different perspective which allowed me to see myself in another light.
