He was raised in a loving family by two visionary parents. During his year's of childhood he experienced the communist system and the country's transition to Democracy. He experienced first hand change and what it meant to dream, struggle and succeed. Throughout his career Denis has served multiple roles leading as Director and Senior Manager with large Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and medium size businesses. Through it all, he has realized the importance of culture and the role that culture plays in forming an organization. He is a culture champion and understands that engaged people are the greatest asset a company can have.
