Versonya DuPont recently conducted a retreat at our annual National Council of Negro Women Gwinnett Section. The experience in working with her was that of a top-notch professional! The retreat was transformative, high energy and the exercise with the puzzle shift my thinking on so many levels that will cause me to look at team work on a whole different plane. Our focus this year was on networking and sisterhood and Versonya certainly covered that aspect of the retreat. Versonya is intuitive, energetic, focused, and fun; she certainly met our expectations, and set an atmosphere of sisterhood and togetherness. I look forward to working with her again in the near future

Just attended a half hour leadership development program led by Versonya DuPont, Very insightful, and helped me to think about my leadership roles in several new ways... all in side a half hour! If you get the chance to attend a session or listen to a seminar or anything by Versonya, I can't recommend it enough!

I was invited to a Think Tank. I expected to find that I was sanguine/ not being familiar with DISC, which is phenomenal. I was beside myself with enthusiasm when I realized that I was learning about my own personality style and those of others around me and how to best communicate with anyone. WOW! every business owner, manager, salesperson and employers need this knowledge!! Communication is everything, and we can all be so much better at it! I have already started using what I have learned to pay attention to the conversations around me for insights into the personality types of others. I am so excited to be creating my personal growth plan to leverage my strengths!
