She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelors Degree in International Studies with a concentration in Tourism from The University of Miami. Serving as the Lead Consultant for Cultural Transformations in the Caribbean Region, she helps organizations structure and revamp their company culture and get team buy-in as well as tackle toxic areas in their work environment. When she is not Coaching, Training or Consulting, Tiersa can be found writing poetry, engaging in female empowerment activities and spending time with her Husband and children Brooklyn & Lyric who are Amazingly Autistic and son Kade.
