Adam is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker and his professional background is a journey of experience that has led him to be the person he is today--someone who profoundly loves being the best version of himself and helping others realize their potential too. Adam has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems. He used that knowledge to serve his country in the US Army, specializing in Military Intelligence. After his service, Adam led two different congregations as a careful and compassionate pastor. He went from taking care of others spiritually to helping them physically, spending 15 years in the healthcare industry. He is now a PMP certified project manager whose passion is turning your organization into the well-oiled machine it was meant to be--full of happy, well-served individuals who each have an eye for what they can do to make a difference.
