Darrell founded Vantage To You Consulting, LLC in order to serve those looking to grow and energize themselves and their teams to greater success. He brings over 30 years in leadership lessons to the table to better serve you in leading and developing yourself and your teams.
Prior to this, Darrell acquired extensive healthcare leadership experience while serving as the Vice President of Corporate Systems & Business Intelligence at Encompass Health Corporation (formerly HealthSouth Corporation) and as the Director, Enterprise Architecture and Chief Architect of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama. He also served 6 years as an active-duty U.S. Navy Officer.
