Michele Carter is the founder and CEO of Carter Michele Consulting, LLC. She is the certified box crusher and spacemaker.™ Michele is committed to helping rising and existing entrepreneurs as well as leaders get out of the box and crush it!™

Michele experienced great success in her 20s while managing a $1.4M business for almost a decade. Her drive to achieve her own personal success led her to launch Eden Michele Salon, an up-scale, multi-cultural salon that services a broad clientele in Gainesville, FL.

Her success is the result of stepping out of her own boxes and crushing them. This caused her to change her mindset, her finances, and improve her entrepreneurial skills. And although Michele experienced the frustrations associated with being the first in her family to experience sustainable entrepreneurial success; she admits that she had to overcome many obstacles to grow her business the right way.

As a certified business and life coach, her mission is to support entrepreneurs by helping them crush boxes and create the space to win (personally and professionally)! Her services include the following:

Michele believes success cannot happen without a clear understanding of every facet of her clients' vision. She works alongside the client to identify obstacles that are boxing them in, then she executes a strategy to crush the box! She accomplishes this by focusing on the three Ss: solutions, strategic planning, and sustainability while providing accountability. The outcome is to provide a box-crushing blueprint that will create overarching success (from the top down and bottom up).

She credits her father, Michael Holloway, for much of her life success. He is the head track coach at the University of Florida, and He is the first African American in this role. Holloway has been with the academic institution for more than 20 years. He reminds Michele that success requires creating a cycle of crushing boxes and creating space for others to thrive in as well. She said her dad's support caused her to crush those things that no longer served her (in life and in business).

Michele enjoys witnessing her clients evolve and she takes great pride in helping them crush the things that have been crushing them!

Michele is a wife, mom of four and a leading business strategist. She is a licensed John Maxwell Certified Coach, speaker, trainer, and a certified master financial coach. Michele believes extraordinary feats do not require extraordinary skills...just ordinary people producing quality work, consistently.
