Why does my coaching method work? It works becuase I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, and scared about not reaching your goals. I know this because that was me some years ago. Change was necessary, but I didn't know where to start. Then, it just hit me: What I needed to do first was to understand myself better. When I began to pay attention to what I wanted to accomplish, I could trace a plan to reach it. It was all up to me to carry it out. I can help others because I've been on the same journey... And I'm here to accompany you on yours.
