Yemi Adeeko

Dr Yemi Adeeko is an enthusiastic and diligent professional who is a leadership development coach, speaker, trainer, mentor and entrepreneur who has founded her own businesses. Yemi finds her passion in helping others in their personal growth. Her desire is for others to get clarity of where their destination is and help them design for themselves a roadmap to accomplish it, so that their true potential can be unleashed.
Yemi is a registered Veterinary Doctor with a Masters Degree in Toxicology and was engaged in the area of Research and Development as a Clinical Research Scientist. After working within regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical industry, Yemi reached a point in her career where she knew she wanted a change. As Yemi had over 12 years' experience in teaching and training, she founded her own company, Wellspring Corporate, in 2007 and began working for herself as a trainer.
Since then, Wellspring Consultancy has provided teaching and training for the delivery of both vocational and non-vocational courses, such as Health and Social Care, food safety, first aid, employability, leadership and management and many more. Yemi is a John Maxwell certified coach and mentor. She is also a Leadership Development Coach with Global Good Fund. The Global Good Fund amplifies the impact of young social entrepreneurs through investment in leadership development.
In 2019, Yemi registered Wellspring Care, a care agency that provides quality care and support for clients in their own homes. She is also the CEO and founder of The Wellspring Foundation, who is a not for-profit organisation that provide holistic support for families and develop young leaders. Yemi was also the Chair of Governors at Castledon School and College Wickford from 2016 - 2019, and remains on the board until now.
