Clementina Teena Ogbugoh

Teena is an Executive Director on The John Maxwell Team. She is a certified leadership Consultant and DISC Personality Behavioural Consultant, licensed by The John Maxwell Team to bring proven leadership strategies and practices on behalf of John Maxwell that organizations would not otherwise have access to. She is a teaching faculty in the John Maxwell Certification program for youth and serves as committee chair on the President's Advisory Committee for Youth Branch.
With over 2 decades as a proven International Human Resources professional, leadership consultant and as a growth mindset coach, she helps organizations, teams and individuals identify their strengths to reach their potential. She is the initiator of LIVING LIFE BY DESIGN AND ON PURPOSE PODCAST and another business focused podcast, BUSINESS PROCESSES & PEOPLE TALK WITH TEENA which has been named as one of the TOP 20 International Business Podcast on the web for 2021.
She is a solution based servant leader and consultant who helps individuals and organisations to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. She has been privileged to accompany Dr. John Maxwell and 250 transformational coaches from different countries at the requests of the countries' Presidents to conduct transformational leadership trainings in Paraguay and Costa Rica.
Teena has a masters' degree in International Human Resource Management from Kingston Business School, London. She is also a certified and accredited coach of Positive Psychology and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, United Kingdom, (ACIPD), Center for Organizational Leader and Development Network in Africa (MOLDN) as well as a member of the National Institute of Marketers in Nigeria (MNIMN).
