I have dedicated myself to a life of adding value to people and organizations through servant leadership. In May 2010 I graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a Master's degree in Church Leadership and Revitalization. I am also a certified John Maxwell Team Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Maxwell DISC Trainer. I strongly believe my education, certifications, and twenty four years of pastoral experience have positioned me to continue providing leadership and adding value to people and organizations.

Utilizing content from John Maxwell coupled with the power of story telling, I will inspire your team(s) to achieve their next level of personal and corporate growth. My programs are designed to increase communication, amplify influence, and multiply results. I specialize in key note speeches, however, I also offer Mastermind Groups, Workshops, Coaching, and DISC Behavior Analysis. All of my programs can be presented in person or virtually.
