(HSE), a leadership development and coaching firm specializing in executive coaching, organizational training, and soft skills development. With over 40 years of experience in healthcare administration, Cheryl has worked extensively with health insurance companies, managed care organizations, and healthcare providers bringing unparalleled expertise across corporate, nonprofit, and public sector environments.

A three-time corporate Vice President who began her career as a temp receptionist and single mother, Cheryl understands what it takes to rise, lead, and sustain success at every career level. Her coaching and training reflect this journey—rooted in empathy, reinforced by strategy, and focused on outcomes.
