Tina's training was the best one that I ever attended! We dug into things that we have never dug into before. All of the team, from the Executive Leadership Team to the faculty and staff were amazed and totally engaged. The personality assessment that I later took was spot on! Being a part of the Speaker/Training Cohort under the leadership and guidance of Tina Grimes is an experience I will never forget. She has built me up to bring out the best in me to deliver an amazing story about myself. I'm more confident than I have ever been. Becoming a part of the Master Class Community under the leadership of Tina Grimes has been one of the best decisions I have made. I am what you would call an introvert. I have a fear of public speaking (i.e. going live on social media, speaking on panels, etc) for years and I decided it was time for me to overcome my fear. That's when I invested in the Master Class. Because of Tina and her coaching/leadership, my confidence is building in my ability to speak publicly and I'm becoming more comfortable with being on camera/video. Watch out for me. My initial conversation with Tina Grimes via phone was unforgettable and left me with excitement and expectations of improving my weak areas. My actual experience with her virtual class sessions taught me a lot about myself, encouraged me to speak with confidence, and not to be intimidated by my perceptions of other's abilities. She teaches us how to understand personalities and how that coincides with interactions. She is excellent in connecting you with those that can give much needed constructive feedback, and those that are willing to bring things to the table that will help you build on what your learn each time, just as she does. I have linked with women, I otherwise may have never met and feel privileged to have a seat at the table that I would have never envisioned myself being invited to. I've learned through the Master Class that there are things that you cannot see with your eyes that are required to connect with your audience and knowing these things are essential. Tina Grimes has a powerful set of tools in these classes that can build huge platforms and resource groups, that can become a huge help to the community just through the connections alone. These classes are truly a Godsend, with spiritual backings designed on purpose.

Tina has helped to bring my confidence back to speak in front of new people and groups of people. She has also brought the leader out in me while teaching me to be a productive leader. Tina is the nicest person to have as a teacher.
