With over 20 years in various leadership roles through employment and entreprenuership, I have witnessed the wisdom of Leaders that last the test of time. Our programs work on the foundation and core for real transformation. I distrupt the old beliefs that lead to burn out and false success.

On a more personal side I am a father of 4, and married to my beautiful wife since 2005. We partner with local community groups to give our time and serve. Raised in Hawaii and serve in the US ARMY as a Combat Medic. A purpose driven life, focused on family with God first!
