Lisa has held leadership positions where she's built strong relationships throughout several organizations in the Insurance and Retail Industries. She understands the concept of partnership and believes that one is too small of a number to achieve anything of significance. On many occasions, Lisa partnered with other divisions and departments to streamline processes which ultimately increased productivity.

Lisa created a culture that forged high levels of morale and team engagement. In her leadership roles, she often utilized the principle of servant leadership. Her elevated influence and consistent passion to learn and grow, inspired others to seek self-improvement. As she equipped others, lives were changed, higher positions were sought after, and promotions were given.

Lisa currently provides Leadership and Personal Development training and keynote speaking to non-profits, chamber of commerce, churches, women conferences, and her community. She is passionate and excited to inspire your audience with concepts that will facilitate  growth and enhance performance.
