Del is passionate about coaching leaders on how to win at home, at work, in their community and the world. He utilizes the world-class leadership principles developed over 50+ yeaers by Dr. John Maxwell, along with his 27 years of experience raising up leaders at the highest level and raising revenue for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Del is committed to seeing leaders become transformational in how they lead and grow their business or organization.
Education:
- Graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, where he played football for the Knights (1990-1993).
- Earned a Master's Degree in Christian Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2007.
Career Highlights:
Served as the Vice President of Field Ministry for the Southeast Region (AL, KY, MS, TN & East Africa) for FCA from 2010-2021:
- Grew Southeast Central Region of FCA so large that one of the states, Louisiana, was moved into a new region with Oklahoma and Arkansas.
- Grew team of 114 staff in five states to 283 staff in four states.
- Grew Major Donors ($10K/Annually) from 137 to 320 Annually.
- Grew Contribution Revenue from $8M to Over $20M Annually.
- Grew Automatic Monthly Partners (AMP) from $550K to Over $6M Annually.
- Established an FCA presence and mobilized an international team of leaders across the 19 countries of East Africa.
- Hosted Inaugural Southeast Central Region Legacy Weekend in 2020, raising over $1M in new finanical support.
- Established "Opportunity Core Team" to increase staff diversity across the region in 2020.
