---, GRENADAI have been a career banker for over 30 years. During this time, I have worked in and gained a tremendous amount of experience in the areas of retail operations, operational risk, compliance and enterprise risk. I am currently the Manager, Head Office at Republic Bank.
I hold an Executive Diploma in General Management from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill; a Master's Degree in Business Administration from London School of Business & Finance, and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and a Certified Advanced Risk Specialist. I have facilitated several anti-money laundering training workshops with Executive Management, the Board of Directors and my parent company, Republic Bank Limited, in Trinidad & Tobago.
My passion is to add value to leaders and aspiring leaders by providing them with proven cutting-edge leadership principles and strategies enabling them to maximize their leadership potential so that they will become the best version of themselves.
This led me to join the John Maxwell Team, the largest leadership development and coaching organization in the world and in March 2021 I became a Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker.
I have facilitated several development sessions with young professionals, leaders and aspiring leaders in the areas of Personal Growth & Leadership Development using the principles outlined in John Maxwell's book, "The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth" and"Leadership Gold." I also faciliated two personal growth and development sessions with the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Law Society.
