His passion for his own growth and that of others led him to pursue education in the field of business and personal coaching. Inspired by his own self-directed learning achievements, Anthony launched his own coaching and development service working with small businesses owners and career professionals to unlock their growth potential and achieve their best.
In 2014, Anthony joined Comcast, a Fortune 50 telecom company, where he served as a leader in the Washington market for seven years. He was instrumental in developing and coaching a team of professionals that lead Washington to becoming the number one region in the company. As a member of the West Division leadership team, Anthony continued his experience and education in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Business Acumen. During his time at Comcast, he earned his bachelor's degree in Business, and his master's degree in Adult Education and Curriculum Development. Anthony's various years of experience in speaking, personal coaching, program development, strategic implementation, and leadership are a few additional credits in his personal development journey that prepared him to be a positive change leader and influencer.
