Michele is a superior presenter. She possesses excellent skills in public speaking, presenting complex information, giving impromptu presentations, and leading executive briefings. As Acting Director of the United States Mint, Michele was my "go to" resource to represent the Mint at public events such as coin launches and coin forums. I have witnessed Michele provide an exceptional impromptu briefing to executives on data her team was gathering. At the end of the briefing, each executive new their responsibility and actions which in the long term allowed the Mint to exceed its strategic goal. I took Michele's class this early spring, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. These classes were very uplifting and fulfilling. I experienced so much growth in that time frame. After the completion of this class, I became an amputee in April. The lessons I learned helped me with my outlook on my new normal. These lessons have helped me to see my amputation with a different perspective. I am so glad I took this class and would recommend it to everyone I know.

When I linked into Michele's webinar, Breaking Up With Self Sabotage, in January 2021, I expected to hear a discussion about things I'd already knew, or thought I knew. What I actually experienced was a motivational session that covered many items I'd never really thought about before, and didn't realize I'd been sub-consciously doing in and to my own life, sabotaging my well-being. Michele brought to light things that we do every day that we don't even realize we are doing that's causing disruption to a successful and fulfilling life. One such area is self-care. While we think we are accomplishing self-care periodically, this is something that we have to do intentionally and consistently. Another area is learning to say no. This is an area that I have struggled with during my career - trying to do it all and please everyone - but through Michele's webinar, I learned that it's okay to say no. That's part of the self-care that's necessary for our mental wellness. There are many other areas that she discussed that made me realize how much I have sabotaged myself, and made me realize that it's something that I can overcome and conquer now that I am aware of these areas in my life. Michele has a way of getting you to realize things that are right in front of you and causing you to miss out on the mental and emotional growth you can experience if you apply the techniques she covers in her sessions. Her delivery makes it easy to receive the message she's conveying. And when she shares her own life experiences, you feel like you're not in this thing alone. You feel like there's someone out there that can relate to the things I've been going through - I'm not the only one facing this thing in my life. When you have someone out there you can identify with, you feel like you can face life head-on with the tools she shares. At the end of her session, my thought was "I can become a better version of me!".

In my travels, I've only encountered a few truly successful people. I noticed they have traits that are consistent among them. A few of those traits include being an ongoing student of success, acting on what was learned, and having a willingness to teach those who will listen. Michelle embodies those traits and more. If you're serious about learning success principles, Michele is a colossal resource.
