OK, USTeaneishia will shift your perspective of that "W" word (WORK) moving you from having a work-life to doing your lifework.
Expertise in what's RELEVANT today. An expert in career autonomy, you want Teaneishia in your organization training and coaching your team on adjusting to, and embracing either your hybrid or traditional workforce.
BUILDING leaders' TRUST in their teams. A huge component of career autonomy is job autonomy. Teaneishia supports writing your own job description. Her COLLABORATIVE team approach will help your organization implement this, positioning your company to RETAIN its most qualified personnel, and be a highly sought after employer of future talent.
CUSTOMIZED for your organization. Having never been a fan of "check-the-box" training, and skilled in REVAMPING the actively disengaged workforce, Teaneishia is equipped to bring a customized program to your group or organization that will ENERGIZE and re-ENGAGE your team. Her INVOLVED approach means that you gain an honorary team member, backed by the largest coaching and training organization worldwide, The John Maxwell Team.
MY JOURNEY: Expecting to give 20 years of service in the United States Army, I knew that I needed to gain and maintain control of my career. In an industry that, by nature of its mission, had to prioritize its needs, I can look back and say I've never made a major career move that wasn't my decision. I achieved that by pursuing an increasing awareness of my strengths and potential, an understanding of where I wanted to go, and by being proactive in my career from day one. This created a triple win encounter for myself, the organization and the people we served.
Once I figured out the keys to experience autonomy in possibly the most difficult of industries to achieve such a feat, I became a career counselor to show others how to do the same. I've seen units re-energized simply by embracing the individual strengths of its team members, achieving a true flow in their work environments.
Although a medical discharge officially gave me the title of Veteran before I desired it, my goal for my career didn't waiver. My influence expanded, and now I am honored to help organizations such as yours breathe life into their teams, and move their organization toward mission accomplishment.
