Elaine Robinson Beattie is a master storyteller, leadership coach, and trainer with over twenty-five years in hospitality management and executive leadership. She was an adjunct professor for the University of North Carolina-Asheville and various community colleges throughout the country. She is best known as an effective presenter and facilitator sharing her expertise in hospitality, cultural intelligence, and leadership development. She enjoys staff teambuilding and increasing organizational health and leadership development. She is passionate about helping increase leadership wellness and intergenerational leadership succession planning.


Elaine graduated from Simmons (College) University, a prestigious women’s college noted for producing some of the most influential businesswomen in America. At Simmons, she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Furthermore, she earned a master’s in Management and Leadership from Montreat College.


Beattie is a DiSC behavior assessment and the Intercultural Competencies Inventory (ICI) administrator. She has become a Registered Corporate Coach through the World Association of Business Coaches and recently received a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certification from the University of South Florida. She is also a certified virtual speaker. 


Mrs. Beattie is a mentor with the RISE Together Mentoring program, which provides safe, supportive spaces and networking opportunities for women ministers, community leaders, scholars, activists, and students. She is also a mentor for DO GOOD X. This organization provides a 10-week accelerator and community of support designed for early-stage social entrepreneurs passionate about developing ventures that do good for the world.


Ms. Beattie is married to Rev. Dr. Charles M. Beattie II, pastor of Hartford United Methodist Church in Senoia, GA chaplain and international blues artist. They live in Ellenwood with their beloved dog, Miss Ella Fitzgerald Robinson Beattie.
