Among the subjects on which I have many requests, the management of stress and emotions stands out particularly in this unusual period and completely unprecedented on the scale of humanity. Taking care of your mental health is an absolute priority in my opinion to bounce back in the best possible conditions at the end of this pandemic.

I work remotely with companies and individuals, to help them identifiy the very root of the stress they can experience and work hard on it to put out of the way towards their success !

I was born and grew up in a beautiful city in southern Morocco: Marrakech. I have fond memories of it because this city is magical in my opinion. When I was 17, with my baccalaureate in my pocket, I went abroad for my higher studies.

After studying engineering at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (top school btw), in a magnificent country that I had the chance and the pleasure of discovering, Switzerland, I completed my training within an institute located in Sophia Antipolis (France), the Eurecom institute. It was an opportunity for me to meet different cultures and different ways of seeing the world.

Back in Morocco in 2003, I worked in different companies as an executive for a little over 11 years. At the same time, I obtained an MBA in 2012 at the Ecole des Ponts de Paris.

After a very traditional course, engineering school, great job in a company, I woke up one morning asking myself the question: do you really like what you do? Is it true ? Do you see yourself doing this all your life and at the end of your life being happy with what you have accomplished? Asking myself these questions was in itself an answer for me: no.

What vibrates in me and what has always vibrated in me is different, completely different. I am interested in humans and their behavior. I decided one day to launch myself frankly and completely into the professions of helping and supporting people. I have experienced special, very special moments, asking myself questions that I have always carefully avoided looking in the face: Will I be able to provide for myself and my family? Can I keep the same standard of living? Not to mention the reaction of my relatives who do not understand this type of decision. I quickly realized that what vibrated in me was much stronger than my fears and worries. I started out in coaching training then in psychotherapy training.

I have been very happy ever since to be able to accompany men and women on their journey of life, to provide them with support and above all to remind them, when it happens to them that they forget it, that they have it in them / they have all the resources they need to live with the quality they want.

I am also very happy to be able to contribute at my level and at my scale by working voluntarily within an association which supports users of psychiatry towards social reintegration. I have just published a book on this subject which is close to my heart, it is my way of doing politics.

I fundamentally believe that a person who feels good about his job, contributes to the fact that the team in which he evolves feels good, and consequently that his company / organization is doing well, that this person when he returns at home is a better husband / better wife, that the children will feel better thus contributing to a healthier family and therefore on a larger scale, to a healthier society.

Finally, my ikigai "Helping people to live meaningful lives and stay healthy"
