Rochelle Finzel
Rochelle Finzel is the founder and owner of Finzel Consulting devoted to helping leaders clarify their purpose and fulfill their potential. She believes if you want to lead, you have to put yourself first.
Rochelle spent nearly 20 years in the nonprofit and public sectors leading state and national efforts advancing policies and programs that support opportunities for all. She worked on the front lines of social service organizations and has overseen bipartisan policy research efforts providing technical assistance to state policymakers across the country.
Throughout her career she found herself quickly promoted to managerial positions. She learned how to lead by watching those around her and mostly seeing what did not work. After a life-threatening illness she discovered the true power of leadership is not in what you do or even what you know, but in how you show up. And how you show up influences every person around you.
She is passionate about helping others show up in a way that makes everyone around them better. When leaders are at their best, so is their team.
She is a skilled facilitator, relationship builder and big picture thinker. She has degrees in social work, leadership and community development and is a certified coach.
