Trey McAlister graduated from Dartmouth with a BS in International Relations and has spent the last 20 years building businesses in the IT, Marketing and Travel industry. Trey is a professional trainer/speaker on the topics of Business Networking, Referral Marketing, and Strategic Alliances and his company, ETM International, Inc., focuses on effectively helping businesses create consistent referrals by developing stronger relationships with their clients, vendors and employees. He has worked with organizations such as BNISFBay, BNI NorthernCA, Referral Institute and First Priority Lending, as well as direct selling companies such as Internet Associates, Mary Kay and Keller Williams Realty. Trey is also a contributing author in the New York Times best seller Masters of Sales and Chicken Soup for the Network Marketer's Soul.

When he's not helping companies make more money in less time, he lives in Santa Rosa, CA and enjoys spending time working with his church youth, playing golf, appreciating musical theater with his wife and spending as much time as possible with his two sons.
