Through 360° interview feedback and real-time observation and Team Coaching, the leader increased his self-awareness and realized his intentions and impact were not congruent. The team is now operating at a higher level, and the CEO has regained his leadership influence.
  • Coached an EVP at a large technology firm with great financial results, but was not connecting with his staff. Assessments, 360° feedback and 'tough love' revealed derailing blind spots. New practices and vulnerabilities turned things around creating a more collaborative environment and increased morale.
