She is the Founder and Executive Director of Diamond In The Rough Youth Development Program, Inc. and Founding Partner of Gem Makers, LLC., a Coaching, and Consulting Company. She has committed her life to empowering ladies, leaders, and little girls, and helping them uncover the beauty, boldness, and brilliance within.
She is a professional multi-national speaker, facilitator, published author of multiple books, and personal Confidence Coach. She has graced multiple stages both domestically and internationally as a speaker and workshop presenter and has been featured in various publications, newspapers, and magazines, and has made numerous appearances on radio and television programs.

With over 30 years of corporate and youth development experience, Steele has committed her life to empowering leaders, ladies & little girls around the world. Dr. Steele is a John Maxwell Certified coach, speaker, and facilitator for individuals, youth, and families as well as a Christian Life Coach. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Alabama A&M University and received a Certification in Nonprofit Leadership from Michigan State University. She is a graduate of the Gwinnett Neighborhood Leadership Institute (GNLI), and in 2016, CICA International University and Seminary conferred its highest honor, awarding Steele with the degree of Doctor of Philosophy Humane Letters for over 25 years of service as a visionary, author, speaker, change agent, and advocate for women and girls. In addition, Word of Life Ministries International has conferred upon her all rights and privileges of an Ordained Minister, Chaplain, and Ambassador at large.
Dr. Steele's passion and professionalism has helped encourage and equip over 10,000 ladies, leaders, and little girls globally to unveil their purpose, unpack their potential and understand that they are simply priceless.
