Lisa Hannigan is the Founder of Glimmer Learning LLC, a company specializing in video and visibility coaching, as well as the creator of the TV show "Engage & Shine!". She also uses her photography and videography skills to create customized content for her clients to attract their dream clients, increase engagement, and improve impact.  

Lisa is a certified Master Trainer and Virtual Facilitator, bringing two decades of experience along with tools and techniques to her clients to teach them how to feel confident, be more engaging, and connect more authentically every time they speak. She says, "I believe we all have a spark that's ready to be lit!". Her mission is to empower people to share their message, to have their voices heard across as many stages as possible so their spark can shine bright and light up the world.

Lisa has background and experience in soft skills and communication, leading remote teams, video design, virtual training, and learning and organizational development for both corporate and non-profit organizations. Additionally, her certification as a Master Trainer brings focus to all areas of learning and development including instructional design, training delivery methods, facilitation and presentation skills, adult learning theories, and more.

Lisa resides in Jacksonville, Florida and is available to deliver programs both virtually and in-person for private sessions, conferences, and events.
