Yvette Gorman-Holmes leads heart-centered moms of teens to reclaim their identity and thrive through the chaos of motherhood.
As a trained Life and Support Coach and owner of Greatness in Action Consulting Creations, Yvette's passion lies in helping women rediscover their power, fall in love with themselves and transform relationships with their husbands and teens in the process.
Yvette challenges her clients to practice new perspectives of motherhood and to learn to accept themselves first, by integrating positive psychology, coaching, mindfulness, meditation, music and movement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communication from Baruch College and several additional certifications in fitness, mindfulness, behavioral health and life coaching.
A few fun facts about Yvette: she's produced commercials for Michael Jackson, Kenny Lattimore and Lauryn Hill during her 10-year stint in the music industry. She loves breakdancing, is currently studying guitar and has a rap video on YouTube! She and her husband of 22 years are keeping it real on Long Island with their 2 teen daughters.
