I am a professional motivational speaker, a skill I have been honing since I was 16 years old.

I love to help transform people's lives by transferring knowledge I've gathered throughout my life.

I am a Gestalt therapist and Herbolary therapist, trained in Pathwork (The Pathwork for Self Transformation, a school created by John and Eva Pierrakos based on psycoligy, bioenergetics ans spirituality), Family Constellations, and Biomagnetism therapy. I am also a  TV and radio host, actress and news anchor, graphic designer and photographer.

I have 15 years of professional experience in television and radio entertainment. This includes work as a news anchor and TV spokesperson for Televisa, the foremost TV network in Mexico and a leading Spanish content producer worldwide, I had my own radio program, I was also part of a well-known pop music group and an actress in soap operas and movies.

Now I give personal growth courses and talks. I also conduct interviews with various professionals, with the purpose of helping others find the tools that can lead them to a better life.
