She is the Owner and CEO of Harvard Services Group (Janitorial Services) and Harvard Enterprise Risk Solutions (Strategic Consultative Security Services). Before becoming an entrepreneur, Nathalie spent her career building brands globally for Fortune 500 companies. She holds an Executive MBA and is a Private Detective.
Harvard Services Group is the only Diversity Certified Building Service Contractor based in the NY Tri-State area to be awarded Green Seal GS-42 and CIMS-Green Building certifications. Harvard Enterprise Risk Solutions providesInvestigative & Security Advisory Services, as well as Executive Protection.
In addition to being recognized as Enterprising Women of the Year, Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs & Business Owners in NJ and Best 50 Business Women in NJ, her company wasnamed a Top 500 Diversity Business in the US.
Nathalie is an Enterprising Women Advisory Board Member, a U.S. Building Service Contractor Association (BSCAI) Board Member, as well as a member of the XPrize Innovation Board. She is a member of Women's President Organization (WPO), Executive Women of New Jersey, The Hygieia Network, the Building Owners& Managers Association (BOMA), ISSA – The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association, NJ Business & Industry Association (NJBIA), and the US Green Building Council (USGBC).Nathalie and her husband Stan contributeto multiple charities, includingStep Up Women's Network, Big Brothers-Big Sisters and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
