After 25 years working in small business environments as an Operations Manager, Controller, and COO, Shawn is taking his real-world experience and combining it with the most current research and studies into the world of teams and cooperative workplaces.

Shawn and his wife are the proud parents of twin daughters. A sports enthusiast from a young age, Shawn is especially drawn to baseball and football. A die-hard James Bond fan, he will go toe-to-toe with anyone in a James Bond trivia challenge!
