As a 12th grade advisor, she helped all of her advisees get accepted into college and two of advisees became the school's valedictorian and salutatorian. Kendrah was recruited to join Success Academy as an assistant principal in 2018. She gained experience as an elementary and middle school assistant principal before being asked to join the IDEA Tampa Bay Team as a PIR.

Kendrah's definition of success is the positive impact you can have on the lives of others. She firmly believes that a good teacher will leave you educated but a great teacher will leave you curious. She is happiest and most alive when she is learning, growing and taking calculated risks in her work. She strives to create equity and excellence in education, for every child, every day.
