Dhruv Bogra, 52, has spent the last thirty years working at leading multinationals and large Indian corporates. He has held many brand start up and senior business and operational leadership roles in the consumer and fashion retail industry in companies such as 3M, Levi Strauss, Titan Industries, Bestseller Retail and Adidas. He is currently the Country Manager of Forever New India. 

Dhruv is also an adventure and endurance cyclist who had cycled extensively in the Indian Himalayas  and Western Ghats on his mountain bike before he embarked on an epic, solo and unsupported 15,000 km cycling journey from Deadhorse in Alaska to Cusco in Peru from June 2016 to August 2017.  In doing so, he became the first Indian citizen to cycle solo and unsupported on this route. 

'Grit, Gravel and Gear' is his maiden book and is based on his pan american odyssey. It was on the top 100  list across Indian and International titles for 2019 at Crossword, India's largest chain of book stores. Subsequently, he has written a second book on his Himalayan adventures on a bicycle – called 'Away'. 

He is also a motivational speaker enthralling audiences with his vivid depiction of adventures in the outdoors and the life lessons learned from surviving alone in the wilderness. He also delivers an inspiring and absorbing talk on the power of resilience called 'Do Your Grit – Discover Your Greatness'
