born in Spain, is a psychologist at the University of Spain Madrid, trainer, professional coach, writer and speaker. He has 38 years of experience in training and development for transformation multinationals such as PwC, Nixdorf Computer or the FIAT Group. He is a Master coach with various certifications (Ontological, Advanced Coaching Business, Team Coaching, Life Coaching, and Mastering Coaching Skills). He is Master Trainer in Emotional Ecology and Transactional Analysis. Expert in processes of transformation of cultures, teams and people. He has been Professor of Master at U. Complutense, U. Carlos III (Spain) and U. Católica de Chile, and ITESM, and guest lecturer at ICP de Buenos Aires. He is currently a professor of coaching at the U. Anáhuac graduates, as well as a Master's degree in coaching at the U. in London, Mexico, and the Institute of Emotional Ecology for Latam.
