As an Organizational Psychologist, professional speaker and certified workshops facilitator (UVM, ICF, Instituto del Bienser, BUAP, MICA, NSA Mexico and Toastmasters International) I have impacted more than 3,800 people so far; in Mexico Caribbean and Central America companies and universities in the last almost 30 years.
Cultivating consciousness is the path I found and propose to develop human complex skills, strengths and behaviors as: leadership, communication, change management, resilience and team development. In order to help and work with organizations and persons in 2000 year I founded People Consultants, a consulting firm in human and organizational development, capitalizing 12 year experience acquired in areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development in companies such as: Asesores en Factor Humano, McDonald's, Nestlé and Warner Lambert (Chicle Adams) . Also, I am co-founder, researcher and director of the Instituto de Coaching y Consultoría Organizacional (Organizational Coaching and Consulting Institute). I have mentored companies and organizations such as MetLife, Aeroméxico, Cinépolis, Cadbury Adams, Becton Dickinson, Gatorade (PepsiCo), Volaris, Fuller, American Standard, MacMa, McGraw-Hill, Standard and Poors, Pfizer, Gas Natural, General de Seguros, Seguros Monterrey NewYork Life, Council of the Judiciary, AT&T and Grupo Valore, among others. During 2018, I was presenter in Radeeal.fm broadcast radio program Being Consciousness and part of Qiu Live presenters team in their internet TV broadcast.
