Kate Stephenson
Kate Stephenson has recently discovered and adopted the title Dream Doula. She has worn many hats in her professional career (editor, writer, publishing consultant, career specialist, and coach) but realized that all of her work essentially boiled down to one professional function, helping other people birth their dreams—whether that's assisting a job seeker with a professional resume, or writing website copy for a first-time author, or coaching someone through a personal goal.
Kate naturally takes a coaching approach to all of her projects, providing holistic support wherever the person is in the process to ensure that their vision is brought to life. She's worked this way for well over a decade, a fact that a long-time client brought to her attention and suggested that she make official. Taking the client's advise, Kate earned her certification as a Goal Imagery® Life, Career and Executive Coach.
She has extensive education—including a Bachelor of Art degree from Vassar College and a Master's from Emerson College— and a broad professional background in communications. This has allowed her to take on diverse projects across fields to help people realize dreams that they might not have even admitted to themselves prior to meeting her.
