Build respectful spaces, retain diverse talents and turn your cross-generational differences into dividends with insights from a life leveraging Seenager
certified virtual presenter

A keynote speaker on Generational Empathy/Diversity with 37 years of work and life experience as an advertising executive, prize winning fiction writer, feature journalist, teacher, documentary script-writer, TV anchor, professional columnist on youth issues and editor.

Neerja Singh is a Seenager, the senior teenager! A proud Air Force Veteran's wife, she enjoys golf, loves her road bicycle that she rode Delhi-Chandigarh (246 km); Gandhinagar-Nadabet Border (278 km) and enjoys swimming, a kilometer at a stretch.

Two personal incidents in 2013 brought home to her the shattering distance and disconnect that exist between generations all over the world today. There is an impression that generation gap is just one of those things. Today, it has the potential to cause estrangement, cumulative losses, mental sickness and in extreme cases, loss of life.

A millennial in spirit with the benefit of hindsight, she helps reap benefits each generation has to offer. A crunchy, colorful salad over an indistinguishable melting pot anytime! It gives everyone a better shot at facing breathtaking change, developing more respectful spaces and retaining diverse talents, she believes.

Age and generational diversity are a way to balance stability and new ideas. A conscious attempt to maintain the fine equation between experience and passionate intensity will help reduce stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination.

The theory she advocates is that if you are in any position of influence over the young, it is your mandate to anticipate and be their wingman in negotiating the quicksilver reality today. She has since read 44 books, watched countless talks, read umpteen articles, and listened to any number of podcasts on this phenomenon. Her purpose is to befriend the generations next and those responsible for their care so that precious young lives flourish instead of spiraling out of control.

The goal is to bring this inter-generational friction out of the echo chambers where it currently rages and address it from a place of curiosity and empathy.
