Chris Wildeboer is an Entrepreneur, an Author, and a Speaker and loves inspiring effortless results for others through new perspectives and greater self-awareness.

Chris Wildeboer is the founder of Balance Central and has been working in the Wellness Industry since 1998 – Over the last 10 years Chris has worked with over 500 clients through her programs and workshops. She has been nominated for a charity award, co-authored a best selling book and loves making an impact through the conversations she has every day.

Chris has always innately believed that we can heal ourselves - it's just that some of us find it harder than others, and at the age of 24 she was forced to face up to being in the "harder than others" category. This set Chris on a path to finding answers and not long after she was introduced to a healing technique that she still uses today. This technique and her philosophical studies has contributed greatly to her personal journey and the creation of Balance Central in 2009.

In the first few years, Balance Central offered one-on-one sessions and grew rapidly through word-of-mouth referrals and now Balance Central facilitates multiple programs, workshops and presentations globally.

In particular, Chris loves to work with people who are ready to recognize the recurring patterns that are holding them back in their life and their business. She helps them to achieve greater success through self-awareness - which ultimately leads to a productive and healthier work/life balance.

Chris describes herself as an Entrepreneur, an Author, and most importantly a Student. Chris loves having conversations with others as new perspectives are gained for all who participate – bringing a greater conscious awareness for everyone.
