He is founder and director of Train!, a firm specialized in high-impact training and the development of performance skills, and is the creator of a Negotiation model developed specifically for those involved in the business environment in Latin America. 

He is an Executive Board Member at National Speakers Association Mexico.

He has worked in different countries with leading companies, helping them create and implement Leadership, Change and Performance learning programs, including: Bank of America, American Express, ESPN, DHL, Grupo Modelo, Metlife, Bayer, Coca Cola, Citibanamex, Johnson & Johnson, AXA, Red Bull, SAP, Santander, Oracle and Mercedes Benz, among others.

While his sessions offer deep performance models and tools, these are presented in a light-hearted, highly energetic and interactive style, which increases participants' engagement and learning, and also focus on implementation.
