He has been a transformation expert, focused on Innovation and Business excellence. and has worked on numerous transformation programs with Global and Indian organizations for more than 2 decades.

In the past, Krishnan was the CEO of a Scandinavian consulting company's Indian operations and worked with McKinsey in India. He has worked in the corporate world as well for a decade; at Castrol/BP, Ford and Leyland. Besides he has run multiyear transformation programs at Indian, Japanese and Scandinavian origin companies.
