My dad once told me "Son, if you want to be successful, be an engineer, doctor or lawyer."

It turns out that it wasn't just my dad but many relatives and friends would resonate with this piece of advice.

Graduated as a Chemical Engineer, I soon realized that my passion was in the space of Personal Development and Persuasion. Gathered my courage to take a huge leap of faith, I embarked on my journey of training, speaking and coaching with youth organizations, educational institutions and marketing corporations.

Going against the odds of my parents, the struggles were real, let alone the financial burdens I had to overcome like any other entrepreneurs during our early days of hustle. It was once that I could still remember very vividly, I was only left with $20 to survive for the entire month. Armed with determination, I soon made a pledge to myself to end this misery and to go all out in what I do.

Started off partnering with one of the largest academic seminars in Klang Valley, Malaysia as a speaker and project manager, I progressed to conducting workshops and talks for educational institutions. Thanks to my rewarding sales career with one of the education marketing corporations, I soon evolved into a sales trainer who used to conduct sales orientations for new recruits during the onboarding process.

One step after another, I was very grateful to have finally reached my dream career- to be able to train, speak and coach working professionals in the area of Personal Development and Persuasion. Certified in NLP as a trainer, I founded Vision Alliance (now known as Vision Alliance Holdings) with the vision to inspire and facilitate the (scary) process of breakthrough for salespeople, business owners and corporate managers. What we believe is that the facilitation process requires the transformation in the mindset, skill set and utilization of the right in sales and persuasion.

Designing and delivering training, speaking and coaching programmes have been our greatest joy in this industry. Our niche falls in the space of Sales and Persuasion which includes its derivatives such as Negotiation Skills, High Impact Presentation Skills, Influencing Techniques, Motivating Self and Others, People Management Skills and NLP Certification Programme.

I am grateful for having the opportunity to train, speak and coach more than 120,000 people across 20 cities from more than 150 corporations including Fortune 500 companies, global market leaders and public listed organizations.
