Vikas Jain is the founder of WorldclassTechTalent.com, an international keynote speaker, author, and a recognized authority on "Top 1% Leadership”. With over 19 years of industry and entrepreneurial experience of working with IBM and McAfee and turning down a Microsoft offer to pursue his mission, Vikas has inspired and equipped global audiences to unlock human potential, embrace innovation, and build the Top 1% Talent and Leadership mindset.
