Dr.Sundararaman Chintamani

Tamil Nadu, INDIADr.Sundararaman Chintamani is a Design Thinking Evangelist to help the individual innovators and corporate organizations to improve their problem-solving capability to improve their profits.
He has 30 plus years of experience covering hard core plant operations and IT services. At present he is the founder of Jigyanshika and delivers keynote speeches and conducts workshops on Design Thinking, Mind-mapping, Power of Creativity, Presentation Mastery and Public Speaking Skills.
Sundararaman is a chemical engineer by qualification and has completed his PhD on "Developing Cybersecurity Mandate for Indian Oil and Gas industry from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. He has strong association with academic institutions and a visiting faculty for few of the Indian petroleum universities and few of the business schools.
Sundararaman is a member of Toastmaster International in 2008 and became a Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) the highest education credential of Toastmasters. As an experienced Toastmaster, he mentors several individual Toastmasters and several Toastmasters clubs.
Sundararaman is an "Idea Lover" and keeps thinking on innovative ideas. In all the organizations he has worked, he has contributed immensely towards the suggestions schemes and idea junctions and won several awards. That's how he started showing interest towards Design Thinking and now became a Design Thinking Evangelist.
Sundararaman is a connoisseur of carnatic music and written a book titled "RagaChintamani" covering the classical aspects of Tamil Film Music. He loves quizzes and conduct thematic quizzes. For the past 5 years, he regularly conducts a thematic arts quiz.
Sundararaman has traveled to 13 countries for official and personal visits. This traveling experience helped him to get a wider exposure and to understand various cultures.
Sundararaman also has passion towards Tamil stories and novels and regularly writes book reviews about them. His other interests include water color painting and numismatics.
He loves to help school children and visit Govt schools during his free time to coach them. Sundararaman is also keen on resolving social issues by using Right To Information (RTI) tools as well escalating the issues with the officials concerned.
Sundararman has two grown-up sons who are married and well-settled. He feels that his wife Jayanthi is behind all his successes.
