Wellness Expert, Founder of Your Wellness Connection, P.A.,
one of the nation's leading integrative healing centers,
Chiropractor, Bestselling Author, Host of the Small Changes Big Shifts Podcast
For 30 years Dr. Michelle Robin has helped thousands of people create sustainable habits centered around whole person health and wellness.

She has successfully coached multiple organizations how to ignite motivation, keep the fire lit and improve consumers overall health, fitness, and wellbeing.

In the early years of her career as a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine Michelle found herself asking, "Is this all there is to life?"

She was helping others be well but didn't feel well herself. She had achieved professional success yet was still haunted by the personal trauma she experienced as a child.

Her search for help and healing led her to the Hoffman Process at the Hoffman Institute. This eight-day learning experience allowed her to unearth her trauma and learn new ways to recognize her negative belief patterns and how the affected her everyday behavior towards herself and others.

Hoffman was a pivotal point in her life journey. It was through this process that she learned being well was not the absence of disease, but the flourishing of the whole being – mind, body and spirit.

Instead of "just making it through another day", she finds the joy in every facet of her life. No one is perfect. She believes we're all designed to be vibrant, happy and healthy and if we want it, we can create it.

In this presentation, Dr. Robin presents the idea of The Quadrants of Wellbeing, how...

In this workshop participants will take the Body Talk...
