In Defense of Being Selfish

Delve into the conseqeuences of not dealing with accumulated traumas (big T trauma and little t trauma) over the life span. Then understand why we need to shift the word 'selfish' from its unfortunate association with narcissism and egocentrism, to pouring into the self first in the form of self-care, good boundaries, and midfulness. This accountability allows power to be taken back, the foundation reset, and the indivudal to move forward in a new, clear, intentional experience of life.
