Leaders and HR professionals will be inspired to ditch pricey, ineffective leadership development programs and replace them with potent practices that catalyze potential and bolster workplace culture.

certified virtual presenter

A seasoned coach, speaker and leadership development expert, I help leaders and organizations focus on what matters, and act with courage in crafting compelling, powerful strategies, along with the road maps and people practices to get there.

More than a coach and strategy development facilitator, I am a thinking partner and paradigm challenger who leverages my experience leading the organizational development function with iconic organizations such as the CBC, the Hospital for Sick Children and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health – and internationally with the Humanitarian Coaching Network – to embolden leaders and organizations to build workplace cultures where human potential is expressed and impact is significant, and where leadership development practices improve employee engagement and inspire discretionary effort.

A former speechwriter credited with writing "the Million Dollar speech" for a hospital fundraising campaign, the recipient of Canadian Council literary funding, former contributor to Forbes on leadership and coaching, and coach to senior leaders in finance, broadcasting, healthcare and international development, I understand how language is critical to leadership, and use my skills to help leaders hone their ability to influence and inspire—and embed powerful practices into their days that help teams thrive and leave a lasting legacy.
