I reported directly to Alan for more than 3 years at Bycast. As a product manager and leader, Alan is smart, capable, and makes crisp business decisions. As a manager, Alan is a good listener who takes the time to make sure his staff is on track. He listens to and respects the professional expertise of his direct reports, while providing guidance and support as required. Alan was key to Bycast's success. I'm sure that his enthusiasm, wide industry knowledge, and dedication will make him key to the success of his next endeavor as well.
