Justin is the best Senior Advisor to Trip Adler that has ever worked at the company. I say this without reservation or limitation. I know this sounds inflated but it is hard to express in words what a positive effect he's had on the company. That said, I will try to explain, as it's the least I can do. Some of the best ideas I've passed off as my own internally came from Justin. Honestly I'm a little surprised he's not the CEO of the company. Also the six pack he's working with is ridic.
