Now in her 20th year as a full-time professor at Indiana University-Bloomington's Kelley School of Business, she's coached and mentored thousands of graduate and undergraduate students in a variety of management and negotiation courses. She has won many teaching awards at IU (including the Trustees' Teaching Award) and been named "Most Inspiring Faculty."

Carolyn has multiple classes published on LinkedIn Learning (including Overcoming Imposter Syndrome, Developing Empathy at Work, Leadership Skills for Women and Making the Transition from Individual Contributor to Manager) and her book The Confident Millennial: 52 Tips for Leadership Success was published in September 2020.
