Krista Trofka is on a mission to help others take on courageous acts to overcome their self-limiting beliefs. In 2017, she founded and launched Trofka Communication Arts, which offers public speaking and presentation training that allows people to unlock their potential to capture attention, close more deals and become a recognized leader.

As an introvert and self-proclaimed geek, her workshops offer a new insight on the science and psychology behind our fear and anxiety. While she speaks to inspire, her workshops are designed to move the audience into action through participation, activities and take-home challenges. Before launching her own business, she was a high school teacher, Fortune 500 real estate advisor, and urban planning professor, and has worked on some of Denver's toughest real estate challenges from DEN Aerotropolis to the Colorado Convention Center.

She believes it's time to end "business as usual", and that the world needs the authentic, interesting and weird you. It does not need another canned script, systematic formula or inauthentic corporate brand.
